Have you read this book?

The first page reads:

Take it slowly. This book is dangerous!"

"What? How can a book be dangerous?" I said to Cayman when I read this book to her a few weeks ago.

I found out, it's true...a book can be dangerous.

By the end of the book I could barely talk anymore. I was no longer comprehending what I was reading. I had to put my full concentration in just reading each word and pronounce it correctly.

You have to read this book...and you have to read it aloud...you'll see exactly what I'm talking about.

Yesterday, during story time, I pulled Daddy over and had him read this book to Cayman.

I was cracking up so hard listening to him read this book.

I used to LOVE this book as a kid. I read it so many time I used to have it memorized and would go flying through the book. I'll admit, whenever I get my hands on this book I still flip to the "Tweedle Beetle Battle with the Noodle Eating Poodles" :)

Love you guys!

this is great!! I love how u picture journal!! It's so much fun!!! And I find it super amazing that you guys are reading to Cayman at such a young age!! I read to Ashalyn all the time and think people think I'm crazy because she can't even see the pictures yet!!!!!! Strong believer in early literacy I guess!! Way to go Mom and Dad!!!
:-)

Cayman really seems to be enjoying the book, unless she's just confused as to what daddy is trying to say?!! :-P

And as soon as Ashalyn gets to feeling better (we are fighting an upper respitory infection from her tiny little lungs) we definately want to get together with u guys again!!!

One of my greatest memories as a child was this book. I agree with my big sis the best one is the Tweedle beetle battle in a bottle with a puddle on a poodle eating noodles. =) I always want to say a noodle eating poodle for some reason. The second best is the one in the pic Luke luck licks lakes Lukes duck likes
