Going Home

Thursday, June 26, 2008

The doctor came by this morning and said Cayman can go home. Yay! We're just waiting for all that discharge paperwork to be completed and then we're out of here!

The internet is suppose to be hooked up today at our apartment. I'm so glad. It's my connection to the outside world. Plus it helps the time pass when I'm pumping which is tremendously important to this terribly boring and restricting task.

YIPEE!! You get to go home!! I know how hard it is to be between worlds. Best wishes for getting into your new apartment and making it your new refuge from the world.

Hurray! Home sweet home. Your new apartment awaits you! I can't wait to see pictures. Does Cayman get her own nursery? Elisabeth will some day, but I still haven't let her leave the cradle at my bedside (I am rather attached to her). Have a safe drive home. Hopefully you won't see the hospital for a LONG time!

yay!!!!! So glad you get to go home! Try not to look at the boxes, and just enjoy Cayman! I'm glad I'm not the only one who "surfs" while pumping. it IS incredibly boring!!!

Hey Kris, so no need to respond immediately, just whenever you get a chance. I have been trying to figure out how to get to your page from mine. How did u post all your subscriptions on your page so it's an easier transition from one page to another??

So glad you are home. There truly is no better feeling after a hospital stay than sleeping in your own bed. A nights sleep without nurses coming in for vitals
is welcome also.

That is good news. Hopefully you can get everything set up in your new casa, and find some time for a little R and R. Well, as much R&R that you can get with an infant.
